Privacy policy
Last updated: 7 August 2026
1. Who we are
This policy is issued by Radlab Group Enterprise (Registration No. SA0647264-X), trading as ardion+ ("ardion+", "we", "us" or "our"). It applies to orders placed through the Malaysia version of ardion.co, delivered to an accepted Malaysian address, and any Malaysia sales channel that expressly links to this policy. It does not govern a future country-localised international store unless that store expressly adopts this version.
Our business address is A-3A-12, Street Mall, One South, Jalan OS, Seri Kembangan, 43300 Selangor, Malaysia. The address must be verified before this notice is published.
2. Scope of this notice
This notice explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and protect personal data when you visit our website, create an account, place an order, communicate with us, interact with an authorised ardion+ representative, subscribe to marketing or otherwise engage with ardion+.
It should be read together with our Cookie or Customer Privacy settings, Terms of Service and any specific notice presented when personal data is collected.
3. Personal data we may collect
Identity and contact data, such as your name, delivery and billing address, email address, telephone number and customer-account details.
Order and transaction data, such as products selected, purchase option, order value, delivery schedule, promotional or representative code, payment status, refunds and support history.
Payment-related data. Malaysia payments may be processed or facilitated through Shopify, Billplz and, where selected and approved, Atome. We may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, selected payment method, fraud or verification status, refund status and limited billing information needed to administer the order. We do not ordinarily receive or store your complete card number, card security code, online-banking password or one-time password.
If you choose Atome, Atome may collect and process information directly from you for account registration, eligibility or affordability assessment, identity verification, fraud prevention, payment scheduling, collections and related credit-service purposes under Atome's own terms and privacy notice. ardion+ does not decide Atome approval, credit limits, fees or payment schedule.
Communications data, such as emails, WhatsApp messages, enquiries, complaints, reviews, preferences, consent and opt-out records.
Device and usage data, such as IP address, browser, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring page, approximate location derived from IP address, cookie identifiers and interaction with our website or messages.
Marketing and preference data, including whether you agreed to receive promotions, the channels selected and your engagement with campaigns.
Information voluntarily supplied in connection with a safety or quality complaint. Please do not send unnecessary medical records, identity documents, banking credentials, passwords or one-time passwords.
4. How we collect personal data
Directly from you through checkout, customer accounts, forms, email, telephone, WhatsApp, customer support, surveys, reviews and other interactions.
Automatically through Shopify, cookies, pixels, server logs, analytics and similar technologies, subject to applicable consent and privacy settings.
From service providers involved in payment, fraud prevention, delivery, customer support, analytics or advertising, including payment status and transaction information received from Billplz or Atome where applicable.
From an authorised ardion+ representative where you consented to contact, asked for assistance or used a representative code or link. Representatives are not permitted to collect payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive information.
5. Why we process personal data
To provide the website, create and manage customer accounts, process and verify orders, receive payment status, deliver products, manage scheduled deliveries, process cancellations, returns, refunds and replacements, and communicate service messages.
To respond to enquiries, complaints and product-quality or safety matters; authenticate requests; prevent fraud, misuse and security incidents; and maintain business records.
To record promotional or representative attribution and administer an authorised sales programme without changing the customer price unless the promotion expressly states otherwise.
To analyse website and campaign performance, improve our services, test functionality and understand customer experience, using aggregated or de-identified information where reasonably possible.
To send marketing by email, WhatsApp, SMS or another channel where you have consented or where otherwise permitted by law. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time.
To comply with law, regulatory requests, tax, accounting, product-traceability, safety, dispute-resolution and enforcement obligations.
6. Consent and choices
Where consent is required, you may choose whether to provide it. Refusing optional marketing or non-essential cookies will not prevent an ordinary purchase, although some optional features may be unavailable.
You may unsubscribe using the link in an email, reply STOP where that instruction is offered, change available cookie preferences, or contact us. Service communications concerning an order, security or a legal obligation are not marketing messages.
7. Disclosure of personal data
We may disclose personal data only as reasonably necessary to Shopify and its affiliates; Billplz, Atome and other payment or fraud-prevention providers shown at checkout; couriers and fulfilment providers; website, hosting, cloud, email, WhatsApp, customer-support, analytics and advertising providers; professional advisers, insurers and auditors; authorised ardion+ representatives to the limited extent needed for an attributed customer relationship; regulators, law-enforcement bodies, courts and other authorities where required; and a genuine buyer, investor or successor in connection with a proposed or completed business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell customer contact lists to independent advertisers or permit representatives to reuse customer data for another business.
8. Shopify and third-party services
Our store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify processes information to provide commerce, checkout, security, fraud-prevention, analytics and related services according to the store settings and Shopify terms applicable to us.
Third-party applications, payment providers, couriers, WhatsApp and social platforms operate under their own terms and privacy practices when they receive information directly from you or independently determine how information is processed. In particular, Billplz facilitates payment collection, while Atome independently administers its buy-now-pay-later account, approval, instalment and repayment processes. Review the notices presented by those services.
This Malaysia notice does not automatically apply to a future country-localised international store. Before any international store is launched, its payment providers, currencies, subscription model, cross-border transfers and local legal requirements must be reflected in a separate or expressly adapted privacy notice. PayPal should be named only after it is approved and activated for that store.
9. Cross-border transfers
Some service providers or systems may process or store personal data outside Malaysia. Where personal data is transferred outside Malaysia, we will take reasonable steps to use an available lawful transfer condition and appropriate contractual, organisational or technical safeguards. The destination may have different data-protection laws.
By using international service providers necessary to operate the store, your data may be processed in the countries in which those providers and their authorised sub-processors operate. We will provide further information on a specific transfer where reasonably required by law.
10. Cookies and similar technologies
We use necessary technologies for checkout, security, account access, fraud prevention and core website functions. Subject to our settings and your choices, we may also use analytics, personalisation and advertising technologies.
You can manage available choices through the cookie banner or customer privacy settings and through your browser. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent parts of the store from functioning.
11. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, including order fulfilment, customer support, product traceability, fraud prevention, legal, tax, accounting and dispute requirements. Retention periods vary by record type.
When data is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to delete, destroy, anonymise or restrict it, subject to backup cycles and legal holds.
12. Security and data incidents
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and our operations. No internet or storage system is completely secure.
Where a personal data breach occurs, we will assess it and make notifications to the Personal Data Protection Commissioner and affected individuals where required by Malaysian law.
13. Your rights
Subject to applicable law and permitted exceptions, you may request access to personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or outdated data; withdraw consent for optional processing; object to or stop direct marketing; request information about our processing; and request data portability where the legal and technical requirements apply.
We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. A request may be refused or limited where the law permits, and we will explain the basis where required.
14. Children
Our website and products are intended for purchase by adults. We do not knowingly invite a child to create an account or purchase without appropriate adult involvement. A parent or guardian who believes a child supplied personal data improperly should contact us.
15. Updates
We may update this notice to reflect changes in law, technology, providers or business practices. The latest version will be posted with its effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through an appropriate channel.
